    Post: Service Delivery Manager

    Hours: 35 per week

    Salary: £37,092

    Working as a member of the management team, the Service Delivery Manager will lead the delivery of CARF’s projects, general advice, money advice and representation services across Fife. As a key contributor to the success of CARF’s strategic management, the post holder will shape services to ensure the advice needs of the local community are recognised and expectations exceeded.

    The successful candidate will be a highly credible and experienced manager with the ability to focus on both the strategic and operational needs of the organisation. People-centric and client-focused, you will have the skills and knowledge to lead your team to deliver effective outcomes; you will also have demonstrable experience of promoting a culture of continuous improvement to drive quality and performance in line with the standards of excellence expected at CARF.
