Citizens Advice and Rights Fife (CARF) is an independent and innovative advice organisation providing holistic advice and support to local people. Their service continues to grow and expand, and they are now excited to recruit two Frontline Co-ordinators to join their busy service delivery team.
These two key positions will lead on the management, development and delivery of distinct services relating to a) client representation and specific projects and b) the provision of bureaux services including face to face and telephone advice across Fife. The two post holders will have distinct responsibility for each service area but also possess the skills, knowledge and flexibility to work across both areas when required.
The successful candidates will be experienced managers with expertise in legislation, case law and codes of practice relating to advice and information provision. Skilled in leading, motivating and developing teams, the successful applicants will also have sound knowledge of quality and performance standards compliance. A clear understanding of the importance of excellence in service delivery is paramount to success in these roles, alongside the vision to improve continuously and respond to the advice needs of local communities.
