    Post: Operations Supervisor

    Hours: 36 per week

    Salary: £27,144 per annum

    Trust in Fife, a homeless charity working throughout Fife, are seeking a motivated person for the new post of Operations Supervisor Skills and experience in line managing several small staff teams; knowledge of the HR/legal requirements of managing staff; and an interest in assisting clients throughout their homeless journey; is being sought. The duties are diverse and numerous, but relate to the positive and effective day-to-day management of operational support staff. Applicants are required to be excellent communicators; be qualified to SVQ Level III (or equivalent) in a Health & Social Care discipline; and have a full driving licence. Applying for, and maintaining, registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC), as well as being part of an On Call team, are also requirements. Experience of working within the voluntary sector would be advantageous but not essential.
