    Sam's is a mental health drop in project that is available to anyone aged 16 plus. It is free of cost and free tea/coffee is available. SAMH (the Scottish Association for Mental Health) facilitate the project. Sam's offers general mental health support and crisis support. Sam's is led by a team of employed SAMH peer workers, who themselves have experience of mental health issues and recovery. Sam's is a relaxed space to access support that is meaningful and purposeful. You are welcome to pop in anytime to Sam's, which is a relaxed open space based on a recovery cafe model.

    The Cafe is open from 2.00pm-10.00pm on a Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday at the Linton Lane Centre, Linton Lane, Kirkcaldy, KY2 6LF.
