The Richmond Fellowship Scotland make a real difference in supporting people with learning disabilities in their everyday lives. They have an exciting opportunity to support individuals to maintain living independently, accessing the community and enjoy a good quality of life. This could involve practical support with the person`s daily life, promoting a positive, active and healthy lifestyle, personal care, moving and handling.
Each person they support is unique so each support role will be different to the next, giving you the chance to really make a difference in that individuals life. Previous experience is great but a full training program is offered to everyone who joins The Richmond Fellowship Scotland, so even if this is a new career path for you, they would love to meet you.
