    This anonymous survey is about how Self-directed Support (SDS) works for people who use social care – anyone who gets support or services paid for by the council so that they can do everyday tasks.

    Taking part could help make positive changes to how social care works in Scotland because their research will provide evidence to help improve policy and practice.
