    Costs
This event is free to attend but to encourage attendance and try and ensure a good turnout to benefit all delegates, we will charge a non-attendance fee of £25.00 per delegate. By submitting a booking for this event you agree to pay this fee for those delegates who have places booked but do not attend.

Cancellations can be received up to 5 working days ahead of the event, thus avoiding non-attendance fees. A cancellation will only be valid if we have confirmed it with you. You can send somebody else in place of a booked delegate without incurring a non-attendance fee.

It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.

Fife's Third Sector Strategy Group would like to invite you to a personal development course facilitated by Animate Consulting and hosted by Fife Voluntary Action.

The context in which the third sector is operating - with increasing demand and reducing resources - is testing the resilience of most organisations. Senior leaders often carry this burden more heavily - and often, at their own expense.

Join us for this morning of thinking about resilience. While the focus will be on YOUR resilience, the content we will be using will be things that you can also share with staff. January is a great time to do some real thinking about how you will remain resilient in the next year - and this workshop will be an opportunity to do that with other third sector managers. To share your challenges, learn from one another about strategies for remaining resilient in 2020.

*** Please note that we are only able to offer one place oer organisation on this course ***.
