    Post: Lead Housing Officer

    Hours: 36 per week

    Salary: £31,404 - £34,602

    You will be responsible for providing high quality housing services to customers across a defined geographic area. You will also line manage a team of Housing Officers and provide support to the Housing Management Team Leader. 
     
    You will have previous experience of working in a social housing role in a housing association, council or similar organisation with a good knowledge of social housing activities and a passion for delivering high quality customer services. Ideally, you'll have previously worked as a Housing Officer in one of these organisations.
     
    You will have the skills to lead, develop and motivate staff and the ability to review and develop Policy and Procedure.
