    Post: Senior Support Worker - Driver

    Hours: 35 per week

    Salary: £22,231 - £23,668

    As a Senior Support Worker, your duties could involve supporting and mentoring support staff, identify training needs and leading the writing of support plans. There will also be practical support with the person`s daily life, personal care or helping to promote a positive, active and healthy lifestyle to the individual you are supporting.

    You would be responsible for managing an established team of support staff who are working with two individuals that have autism and learning disabilities. Both people have limited verbal communication and they may present behaviours that are deemed as challenging behaviour.

    A valid driver`s licence and access to a car is essential for this post.
