It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.Come along to this workshop to deepen your understanding of emotional resilience and as a result help your clients achieve positive and sustainable employment outcomes.
Over 25% of clients accessing mainstream employment services in Fife say their mental health is a barrier to getting back to work, whilst unofficial figures put it at more like 80%.
With the oft-quoted statistic that one in four of us will experience challenges relating to mental health at some point in our life time it makes sense that we, as individuals and as employability service providers, know how to look after our own mental health and wellbeing as well as supporting our clients to look after theirs.
At this one day workshop delivered in partnership with Fife’s Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services and others participants will:
- Learn about the role of stress and how it affects us in work
- Be given tools to grow emotional resilience for ourselves and our clients
- Gain confidence in dealing with difficult conversations about mental health
- Learn about the range of existing mental health support services available in Fife
