    The Well is a venue where you can drop in and find out information and receive general advice to help you stay well and independent within your local community. Their friendly, well informed staff will support you to access a wide range of information that promotes your health and wellbeing.

    You can find out about:

    • Living with long term conditions;
    • Disabilities;
    • Aging well;
    • Staying active;
    • Healthy eating.

    The Well is open every Tuesday from 11:00am-1:00pm at The Clearing, 239 High Street, Cowdenbeath, KY4 9QF.
