It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.

The movement workshops are for anyone aged from 18-65+ with experience of mental health issues, no dance experience is necessary. The workshop involves discussion, relaxation exercises, and led movement improvisation; with a focus in exploring and enjoying the benefits of movement and creative expression. Participants are encouraged to take part in whatever way they feel comfortable.

All workshops end with a short excerpt sharing of The Box and an opportunity for participants to give feedback. The Box is a dance theatre piece that explores the impact depression can have on an individual, and how our society responds to it.

These workshops are Free, and anyone who attends a workshop on tour will be eligible to receive a discounted ticket to see the performance of The Box the following day.
