    Assertiveness training covers:

    • Understanding  – behaviour types, identifying & understanding risks
    • Assessing Behaviour – look at fear and anger and how to manage
    • Changing Behaviour – reassess risks, know your limits & saying no

    The course takes place on Wednesday 11, 18 and 25 September 2019 from 10.00 am – 2.30 pm. Participants must attend all 3 days.
