    Post: Senior Administrative Officer

    Hours: 35 per week

    Salary: £23,021 - £25,030 (Pro Rata)

    Their Customer Contact Team is part of their wider Housing Department, working to create a positive experience for their customers by providing housing information and advice, helping tenants with payments, reporting or providing advice on repairs and dealing with neighbour or service complaints.
     
    The Senior Administrative Officer will work with the rest of the team to provide great customer service, develop IT systems to improve performance, identify and implement efficiencies and manage the day to day running and performance and competencies of the team.
