    Post: Cleaner/Labourer

    Hours: 38 per week

    Salary: up to £21,229

    You will be part of their in-house cleaning team cleaning their void properties to a high standard, this will include internal and external clearance works. You will also provide support to their in-house repairs team. Whilst their Depot is based in Glenrothes, you will be expected to work at and from any other properties operated by them.

    They are looking for an individual with previous property cleaning, clearance and labouring experience with a good knowledge of health and safety, in particular with the use of cleaning products, sharps identification and removal, deep cleaning and house clearance working within confined spaces (loft clearance).  Previous experience in a similar environment is desirable.
