The Richmond Fellowship Scotland make a real difference in supporting people with their everyday lives. They have an exciting opportunity to support people with their care over-night, which can be personal care, practical or emotional support.
The three individuals who all live in their own homes in the Kennoway and Glenrothes area all have learning disabilities and 2 of the people have physical disabilities with limited communication also.
Each person they support is unique so each support role will be different to the next, giving you the chance to really make a difference in that individuals life.
They are looking for staff in each of these services to work a waken night shift working 3 over-nights a week and the occasional day shift to make up your hours. You will be also working as part of an experienced established staff team. Part time posts are also available working fewer nights.
