    The purpose of the cafe is to reduce social isolation and loneliness in elderly. It runs weekly, every Thursday from 12.15pm-2.15pm In Cowdenbeath Maxwell Centre, 70 Stenhouse St, KY4 9DD. The only criteria for a referral is age (over 65, but will accept 60's if they suffer from isolation) and from local area (West Fife). They accept any disability; physical or mental (including early stages of dementia).

    They offer a variety of activities, every week something different (seated exercises, games, quizzes, bingo, music and much more) cake and coffee and friendly atmosphere.

    The cafe is run by volunteers and Linkliving staff, transport may be arranged however it is not guaranteed (depends on volunteers availability). £1 donation per session.
