    Post: Strategic Manager

    Hours: 36 per week

    Salary: £40k-£45k (depending on previous experience)

    Due to retirement, Fife Gingerbread are now recruiting a dynamic person to take up the leadership role in their organisation, to work with their skilled Board of Directors and continue steering Fife Gingerbread towards sustainability. Educated to degree level you will have a ‘can do attitude’ and several years of experience in a similar high level position. Their values will sit naturally with you and you will demonstrate their approach of Engage – Support and Progress. You will be passionate about the role of the voluntary sector, social justice and have a clear vision for families in Fife.
