  • Public Health Scotland Consultation

    Created: 18/06/2019, Updated: 19/06/2019
    News/Events Category: General News

The Scottish Government has recently launched a consultation on the proposals for the new national public health body, to be known as ‘Public Health Scotland’.

This is an opportunity for all those who wish to express their opinion on the new body to do so and help inform how the organisation will work in the future. The document describes their proposals for Public Health Scotland and how they expect the body will engage with other organisations and partners. It primarily asks for views on the expected functions, structure and wider role of the new body.

The consultation can be accessed by clicking here.

The consultation is open to responses until Monday 08 July 2019.
