    This event is being organised by Fife IPS

    It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.

    Taster Workshops throughout the day of garden based activities which can help promote mental health and wellbeing through Occupational Therapy.

    • Simple container gardening (Plant up a Welly)
    • Creative Activities in the Garden
    • Relaxation / Mindfulness
    • Tai Chi
    • Music in the Garden
    • Campfire

    Ceremonial Tree Planting at 1.00pm.

    Staff will be available throughout the day to answer any questions you may have about how Horticultural Therapy can have a positive benefit on mental health and wellbeing and give you a tour of the garden area.

    Tea and coffee available throughout the day.
