    This information session is aimed at helping parent carers of children and young adults with physical or mental ill health, physical or learning disabilities or any health condition that means they are likely to need continuing support into adulthood. The session will include information on:

    • Power of Attorney and Guardianship;
    • Welfare Benefits;
    • Carer Support Planning;
    • Emergency Planning;
    • Future planning;
    • Who else can help;
    • Keeping track and staying organised.

    You will also be provided with a Carers Toolkit to help you keep track of useful information. The session is free for family carers to attend and joining details including venue will be provided after booking. To book a place contact Fife Carers Centre on 01592 205 472.
