    Post: Construction Quality Inspector

    Hours: 36 per week

    Salary: £29,404 to £32,602 per annum

    You will undertake Clerk of Works duties across multiple housing projects at varying stages of progress within their Development programme. You will ensure their Contractors achieve the required standards in site set-up, construction, quality of work, specification of materials and contractual compliance. Your role will involve liaising with Kingdom staff and their contractors to address defects and any issues, regular site visits and providing support to their Project teams.
