    Post: Waking night shift Support Practitioner

    Hours: 16-39 per week

    Salary: £17,745

    This role involves working on the waking night shift as part of a team providing care and support to 8 individuals with a learning disability with limited communication and other complex needs. Personal care, moving and handling and regular checking individuals is part of the role. Additionally household management tasks are required to ensure a clean and healthy environment for the individuals to reside.
