It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.

This workshop will focus on practical training and resources related to methods of engagement which are appropriate for working with communities.

The training will explore a range of methods for community engagement - from fish bowl discussion groups through to story dialogue. The 1-day workshop will explore a number of tried and tested tools, along with some more recently developed community engagement approaches.

    Learning Outcomes from the training:

    • A practical knowledge of new methods of engagement.
    • An understanding of how and when to use particular methods.

    Who is it for?

This workshop is for community engagement practitioners who want to learn about new methods to engage the community and to share their experience with others.  It will include a brief introduction to the National Standards for Community Engagement.

Please note: As places are limited on this course priority will be given to members of Fife’s Engaging Communities Network and those who are members of Fife's Community Development Network.
