Saje are running their Freedom Programme throughout Dunfermline, Kirkcaldy, Glenrothes, Leven, Lochgelly, & Cupar during April and May.

The Freedom Programme is 2 hours per week for 12 weeks and is for any woman who:

    • Recognises they are/have been in an abusive relationship
    • Are not fully aware that their relationship is abusive and harmful.

Women can attend the groups regardless of their current living situation.

There are no assessments - any woman can come along. On application, they contact each woman for an informal chat to make sure the group is right for them. They can visit women in their home if needed.
