FVAWP - Working with male victims of Domestic Abuse
Created: 20/03/2019This half day course will equip practitioners with the skills and confidence to identify male victims of domestic abuse and respond appropriately, with a focus on safe working practice. This course will provide an overview of some of the challenges, for both service users and for frontline services. The course will be delivered by Aaron Slater (Service Manager, Fearless). Fearless is a support service for any man or any LGBTI+ person experiencing domestic abuse. Aaron has been working with this client group for the past 7 years.
