This course aims to help you feel more aware of and skilled in ways to promote flourishing in children and young people. Flourishing is another way of saying good mental health or emotional wellbeing. It means being able to enjoy life, to cope with life's difficulties and to believe that you have something you can give to others. The focus of this course will be on three key aspects of flourishing: confidence, emotional balance and character strengths. This course is suitable for people working with children or young people.
