    News/Events Category: General News

Do you want to volunteer but think you don't have time? Then microvolunteering is for you! The term 'microvolunteering' was popularised around 10 years ago, and the concept has since grown to become a global force for matching up people who want to put the spare moments in their lives to more impactful use, with worthy causes who need a small volunteering task completed. The great news for those of us who feel time-strapped, is that most of the microvolunteering tasks that are needed are unskilled, and will take from between 1-30 minutes to complete!

Microvolunteering Day is recognised every year on 15 April and promotes awareness of the microvolunteering concept and how it can enable worthy causes and individuals to better the world via bite-sized actions. Click here for lots of ideas on how to help and remember that you don't have to restrict your volunteering to 15 April!
