    Post: Technical Services Officer

    Hours: 36 per week

    Salary: £29,346 - £32,538 per annum

    This is an exciting opportunity to join their Technical Services team. The role will involve working with consultants, contractors and Kingdoms in house contractor to deliver the planned and cyclical maintenance programmes.

    You should be educated to HNC/HND level and have relevant project management experience. If you have either Building or Quantity surveying experience or have carried out a similar role with another organisation, you'll be an ideal candidate for the role.

    You will be responsible for liaising with external consultants and contractors as part of their project work, you should therefore be a confident communicator and be able to demonstrate an ability to form and maintain good relationships with contractors, tenants and colleagues. You will have good organisational and IT skills and should also be familiar with CDM and procurement regulations. 

    You will need to have a driving licence and access to a car for business use. You will also be required to complete a satisfactory Standard Disclosure Scotland check.
