Greenspace Scotland - Tesco Bags of Help Centenary Grant

News/Events Category: Funding and FinanceThe Centenary Grants are two special voting rounds of the Tesco Bags of Help local community grant scheme and offer a unique opportunity to help more people across five voting regions in Scotland:
- Highland and Islands / North East Scotland;
- Mid Scotland;
- West Scotland;
- Central Scotland; and
- South Scotland.
The July/August 2019 voting period will feature projects with a Health and Wellbeing theme, and projects focusing on cancer, heart disease and diabetes will be prioritised. Eligible applications that meet the programme criteria but don’t have a Health and Wellbeing focus will be considered for a later funding round.
The types of projects funded could include:
- improvements to a building;
- improvements to an outdoor space;
- delivering activities or charitable services; or
- providing equipment.
