Salary or Hourly Rate: £8.75 per hour
Location: 5 miles outside Newburgh / 8 miles Cupar
Contract Type: 4 x Permanent, 1 x CasualDuties to include the provision of personal care, support with meals, medication prompts, catheter care and hoisting.
Useful qualifications:
- Previous experience of working within the care sector with a previous working knowledge of providing personal care.
- Manual Handling training.
- Training in Catheter Care.
- Essential Requirements A clean driving licence.
PVG This role requires an enhanced check through PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups).
Personal motivation to work as a carer is important. Lack of experience will not be a problem, as client can communicate needs clearly to carers.
Applicants must have a caring attitude, be reliable with a positive and flexible approach to work. As the duties require flexibility the applicant should be local to the Newburgh/Cupar area.
