Salary: £20,651 to £24,348 per annum dependent on skills and experience, pro rata for part-time positions.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, normally worked between Monday to Friday with flexibly to meet the needs of the service.
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: West Bridge Mill, Kirkcaldy, FifeThe purpose of the job is to deliver an exciting new project which is supported by the Scottish Government’s Survivor Support Innovation and Development Fund. ‘Better than Well’ will support adult survivors of childhood trauma in Fife, particularly those who have found it difficult to engage with other services and will be open to all adult survivors, but there will be an additional effort to engage with survivors who have experienced homelessness.
Working closely with the Service Delivery Manager, the Team Leader will ensure the achievement of high-quality services for people who have experienced childhood trauma to manage any resulting impact and focus on their safety and stabilisation.
