Sainsbury's Kirkcaldy are kindly supporting The Yard this year and they're holding a bucket collection on the weekend of 08-10 February. They're looking for volunteers to help and have the following time slots available: 10.00am-12.00pm, 12.00pm-2pm, 2.00pm-4.00pm. If you can do more than one shift, that would be greatly appreciated too.

A representative from The Yard will give you a briefing at the beginning of your shift and will be on hand to help with any queries throughout. Buckets and branding will be provided. All money raised will go towards The Yard Fife's services in Kirkcaldy, supporting disabled children and their families across Fife. The Yard runs family sessions at the Argos Community Education Centre weekly on Saturday and Sundays from 10.00am until 4.00pm. They provide a fun and safe place and equipment for disabled children to play and make friends. They also support their families by providing an inclusive and non-judgemental space to meet other families. They supported over 100 families in the last year though their service.

If you would like to get involved please contact them by phoning 07703 468 173 or e-mail [email protected].
