It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.

Arts & Business Scotland will be visiting Perth on Wednesday 06 February 2019 to run a free workshop, giving arts and heritage organisation attendees the opportunity to learn about the Culture & Business Fund Scotland. The Culture & Business Fund Scotland provides £ for £ match funding for arts and heritage organisations who gain sponsorship from first time business sponsors or returning business sponsors after a period of two years. Further information on the Fund can be found here.

    The informal workshops will feature:

    • Insights on how to attract a business and to nurture and develop lasting arts and business partnerships
    • A detailed, yet easy to understand session on the application criteria, eligibility guidelines and terms and conditions
    • Stage by stage run through on completing each section of the application
    • True stories demonstrating the power of business and cultural partnerships
    • Q&A session to answer all your queries about the fund

“Very positive, great case studies, inspirational and energising! Very positive and excellent for creative ideas and approaches. Thank you for coming to Inverness. We need events like this – we are not spoilt for choice local business-wise – many organisations are going for the same targets. I now feel able to reach out to others further afield.” - Tamera Bryden, Nairn Book and Arts Festival.

“The session was very helpful to focus my thinking in how to approach businesses. A good concise workshop that gives a useful overview of business support” - Angela Lennon, Peacock Visual Arts.

The session will be taking place at Perth Museum from 1.00pm – 4.00pm on Wednesday 06 February 2019 (beginning with a light lunch).

After the workshop, businesses will join them for an Evening Reception for an opportunity to hear how business and cultural partnerships can bring significant social and economic impacts for all involved. Please join them at Perth Theatre from 5.00pm – 7.30pm.

To book your place, please email [email protected] with your name, job title, organisation and confirm if you will be attending either or both sessions.
