News/Events Category: General NewsLinkLiving's Better Than Well Service which provides the Self Help coaching Service has now expanded into the Glenrothes locality from January 2019.
They are all very excited and pleased to be able to roll the service out further and look forward to making links and working together to benefit the people they all provide services for.
In the service roll out they will continue to offer up to eight one to one supported self help coaching sessions to help adults who have experienced childhood trauma stay safe and stable.
