    Salary: £41,541 – £45,427

    Fife Cultural Trust invest in, and value, their people and they have an exciting opportunity based within their Head Office in Kirkcaldy to welcome to their team an ambitious Head of HR. They are looking for a leader who understands the value of their people and will lead the HR team and colleagues in a way that ensures they are always at the heart of what they do. 

    Requirements

    • Graduate calibre with supporting professional qualification;
    • Ability to analyse problems and determine creative and practical solutions;
    • Strategic thinking and experience of translating these into deliverable plans and outcomes;
    • Able to build meaningful and effective relationships.
