They are looking for a leader who understands the value of their people and will lead the HR team and colleagues in a way that ensures they are always at the heart of what they do.
Requirements
- Graduate calibre with supporting professional qualification;
- Ability to analyse problems and determine creative and practical solutions;
- Strategic thinking and experience of translating these into deliverable plans and outcomes;
- Able to build meaningful and effective relationships.
