Places for voluntary sector delegates (staff, committee members or volunteers) £2.00 per person
Places for non-voluntary sector delegates are £2.00 per person
It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.Come along to Alzheimer Scotland's Dementia friendly health class. This is an opportunity to socialise with other people and being physically active can have a positive effect on your health and wellbeing. Incorporating seated and standing exercises to improve strength and balance. Includes Exercise Session then relax & enjoy some activities. Refreshments will be provided. Suggested donation £2.
This class takes place on the first and third Friday of the month.
