    Places for voluntary sector delegates (staff, committee members or volunteers) £2.00 per person
    Places for non-voluntary sector delegates are £2.00 per person

    Come along to Alzheimer Scotland's Dementia friendly health class. This is an opportunity to socialise with other people and being physically active can have a positive effect on your health and wellbeing. Incorporating seated and standing exercises to improve strength and balance. Includes Exercise Session then relax & enjoy some activities. Refreshments will be provided. Suggested donation £2.

    This class takes place on the first and third Friday of the month.
