Corra Foundation - Scottish Government Challenge Fund
Created: 03/12/2018, Updated: 04/12/2018This Scottish Government funding will support activities that tackle problem alcohol and drug use.
This fund is in two categories, “Getting Ready for Change” and “Implementing Change”.
The “Getting Ready for Change” category will provide local areas with a small pot of funding which will support the reflection and review of their current operating systems. “Implementing Change” is funding to test ideas that are ready for implementation.
The aim is to help break down barriers for people when accessing services or getting the right support, and as a result achieve better and more sustainable positive changes in people’s lives. It will aim to look specifically at:
Priority will be given to proposals with a focus on clinical pathways around alcohol detox and opiate replacement. A secondary focus will be given to proposals on systems for mental health, homelessness or employability. Integration Authorities (IAs) and Alcohol and Drug Partnerships (ADPs) and their partners, including third sector organisations, can apply.
