    Post: Receptionist (Job share position)

    Hours: 23 per week

    Salary: £17,063-£19,468 per annum pro rata

    At the first point of contact, the Receptionist's main responsibility is to provide an efficient and professional service to LinkLiving's service users, external agencies and Link Group staff.

    The postholder will assist in maintaining the appearance and smooth running of the reception and waiting area, receive visitors to the building and advise the appropriate staff member. In addition to this, the Receptionist will direct all incoming calls to the appropriate person, taking and passing on accurate messages for members of staff.

    The postholder will work within the reception area of West Bridge Mill, Kirkcaldy and will need to be flexible and able to work without supervision.
