    Post: Operational Lead
    Hours: 36 per week
    Salary: £32,942 - £34,853

    Fife Women’s Aid have recently reviewed their management structure and are looking to recruit an Operational Lead.

    They are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic person to take on the role of Operational Lead, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the day to day delivery of services to women, children and young people affected by Domestic Abuse. This role will be responsible for ensuring that services are monitored and evaluated and that services are developed and are provided in a consistent, effective and responsive way to women, children and young people. The successful candidate will be qualified to the level required to register as a Manager of a Housing Support Service with the SSSC or be committed to working towards this, they will have good leadership skills with experience of managing and developing teams and individuals and knowledge of the causes and effects of domestic abuse and understanding of a feminist approach to domestic abuse.
