Access to Work Service – who can provide advice and support to help people with a mental health or physical health disability start or stay in work. Presentation given by Catriona Strivens, Pan Disability Community Partner, Department for Work and Pensions.
HR Network Background:
The HR SME network was developed in 2017 to provide a peer support and learning forum for small organisations who do not have dedicated HR functions. The network provides a space to support managers/employees with these roles to feel less isolated, gain new ideas, ask questions and feel supported. It is delivered in partnership between Business Gateway HR Adviser and the Health Promotion Service Workplace Team.
