    Post: Support Workers and Bank

    Hours: 25-35 hour posts available

    Salary: £17,745 (unqualified), £18,197 (qualified)

    Kingdom Support & Care are looking for passionate, enthusiastic and dedicated support workers and bank staff, who want to support people to have the best life possible. You will provide support for personal care, promoting and maintaining good mental health  and participation in activities in the community, including leisure activities and engaging with health appointments and rehabilitation activities so energy and initiative is vital. To support staff into the service, they offer a comprehensive induction period with training tailored to the service and a buddy system to new staff, so you have the support of the whole team.

    If you have experience in a support and care setting, with knowledge/experience of dealing with people with mental health and/or challenging behaviour, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

    You must be able to support and be flexible in your approach to work and it is essential that you are able to work a rota which will include evenings, weekends and may include waking night shifts.
