The Kingdom Group consists of Kingdom Housing Association, Kingdom Support and Care and Kingdom Initiatives who, together, provide housing and support throughout East Central Scotland. Over the next 5 years they will be working with a range of developers and contractors to build a significant number of new homes across Fife, Clackmannanshire, Perth and Kinross and Falkirk.They have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated professional to join their Development Team. This is a new post focusing on the delivery of their growing programme of new build housing and other development projects.
Your role will include:
- Project management of New Build housing projects and other initiatives;
- Preparation of grant funding submissions;
- Ensuring successful completion and handover of housing projects;
- Managing housing projects and preparing reports for senior staff members;
- Project management support for a range of partners/ stakeholders.
They are looking for a committed, customer focused person with project management experience. You must have a flexible approach and enthusiasm for your work and be able to work under pressure to achieve project deadlines. You will be required to complete a satisfactory Standard Disclosure Scotland Check. A current full UK driving license and use of a car for work purposes is essential for this post.
