    Salary Scale: £28,771 - £31,900 per annum


    The Kingdom Group consists of Kingdom Housing Association, Kingdom Support and Care and Kingdom Initiatives who, together, provide housing and support throughout East Central Scotland. Over the next 5 years they will be working with a range of developers and contractors to build a significant number of new homes across Fife, Clackmannanshire, Perth and Kinross and Falkirk.

    They have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated professional to join their Development Team. This is a new post focusing on the delivery of their growing programme of new build housing and other development projects.

    Your role will include:

    • Project management of New Build housing projects and other initiatives;
    • Preparation of grant funding submissions;
    • Ensuring successful completion and handover of housing projects;
    • Managing housing projects and preparing reports for senior staff members;
    • Project management support for a range of partners/ stakeholders.

    They are looking for a committed, customer focused person with project management experience. You must have a flexible approach and enthusiasm for your work and be able to work under pressure to achieve project deadlines. You will be required to complete a satisfactory Standard Disclosure Scotland Check. A current full UK driving license and use of a car for work purposes is essential for this post.
