    Post: Plumber/Advanced Plumber (Multi-Skilled Operative)

    Hours: 38 per week

    Salary: £24,491 - £28,771

    Kingdom Housing Association are looking for a motivated and customer focused person to join their Maintenance Team. The Maintenance Team carries out repairs and maintenance works in their properties throughout East Central Scotland.

    You must be a qualified plumber or an advanced plumber and be able to carry out multi-trade works such as basic joinery work. You will carry out repairs and alterations to their housing stock and offices and periodic inspections. You will be required to participate in their out of hour’s emergency on call rota for which you will be paid an additional allowance.
