  • Funding available to support Syrian Refugees in Fife

    Created: 22/06/2018
    News/Events Category: Funding and Finance

Fife Voluntary Action is pleased to offer grant funding to support projects targeted at Syrian Refugees Resettling here in Fife.

This funding has been made available from Housing Services in Fife Council to support small projects led by third sector organisations to add value to, and complement, the services being provided through statutory partners.  Fife Council and partners recognise the significant contribution Fife's third sector makes to all Fifers, and the potential for them to help those already resettling as well as though still to arrive.

An initial fund of £10,000 is available, with further funding possible after review.  Therefore, we anticipate awarding grants of not more than £2,500 but each proposal will be judged on their merits.
