    Post: Office Assistant

    Hours: 16 per week

    Salary: National Minimum Wage

    Reporting directly to the Centre Director, you will assist with the smooth running of the Centre's offices. Duties include:

    • Answering the phone and dealing with face to face enquiries.
    • Assisting the Centre Director with the processing of grant claims.
    • Ordering stationery supplies.
    • Dealing with email enquiries.
    • Ensuring that the office filing system is in good order.
    • Act as a contact point for their volunteers.

    Please note: this vacancy is only open to unemployed 16 to 29 year olds who have a disability and or long term health condition and who are not on the Work Programme, Community Work Placement, Work Choice or Specialist Employment Support.
