    Post: Self Help Coach

    Hours: 30 per week

    Salary: £20,651-£24,348 per annum

    LinkLiving's Self Help Coaches support people who are experiencing mild to moderate mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, lack of motivation, low mood and stress.

    What you will need:

    • Diploma level (or equivalent) with experience of approaches to self help techniques and/or CBT approach;
    • Knowledge of issues affecting people who are excluded and marginalized;
    • Demonstrable experience of using a person centred approach;
    • Acknowledge of mental health self help resources and a commitment to their use;
    • Empathy and active listening skills.

    This post is subject to Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme registration.
