    This particular event is free to attend, so no payment is required.

    This free course which is hosted by Fife Council,  will give an overview of Contest, the UK Government's Counter terrorism strategy and in particular Prevent, one strand of the strategy which aims to prevent people being drawn into terrorism.  This course is open to anyone working in the third sector in Fife.

     

    The course will cover:

    ·         What Prevent is;

    ·         How Prevent links to you and the work of your team/sector;

    ·         What suspicious behaviour to look out for;

    ·         How to raise a concern should you have one;

    ·         The course will also cover basic building and personal security.
