About this opportunity: | Care and Share Companionship is a Scottish Registered Charity. We support people over the age of 60 who are living in isolation and loneliness within the Kirkcaldy area of Fife. Our aim is to provide a service that helps improve health and wellbeing. The Volunteer Minute Secretary is responsible for recording the minutes of Trustee Board meetings. They would make sure all important issues are recorded detailing any actions needed and when proposals are made named persons who proposed and seconded the motion are noted. Minutes would be typed up and a draft distributed by email to all Trustees and Service Manager within a week of the meeting using a template provided. To prepare Agendas and circulate after consulting with Chair one week before meeting. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Training provided: | Induction and support will be on a 1-1 basis with Service Manager and include GDPR, Confidentiality, how to record pertinent points and proposals. Timetable of distributing minutes and Agenda. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Experience required: | Friendly with good organisational, and listening skills. Experience using Microsoft Package mainly Microsoft Word and have internet access. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
