    About this opportunity:Digital Fife is a charity which seeks to promote and develop digital inclusion. The tools provided by the charity allow community groups to design and build attractive websites without the need for specialist IT knowledge. This is a free service offered to community groups in Fife.

    Digital Fife is seeking to recruit volunteer charity trustees to join their Board. Trustees are collectively tasked with the overall control and management of the charity in line with Digital Fife's governing document. You will not be responsible for the day to day running of the organisation or the direct delivery of the service but will have responsibility for governance and strategy and ensuring that the organisation is run effectively.

    Trustee meetings take place online bimonthly for 1-2 hours.

    Training provided:Induction to Digital Fife. Access to '˜How to Guides' on the Digital Fife website Ongoing support, advice and guidance from a named individual.
    Experience required:An understanding of charities and the third sector would be beneficial. It would also be useful to have an understanding of digital tools.
